Lanyards with Sublimation Printing

What is sublimation printing?
Sublimation printing provides an excellent alternative to silk-screen printing. Sublimation printing is an offset printing process which utilizes special dyes. These dyes are printed on premium quality fabric and transferred onto various substrates using heat transfer equipment. The heat expands the molecules of the substrate and changes the dyes into a vapor which penetrate the material. Through this process the graphic actually becomes part of the substrate and, unlike screen printing, this will not change the feel of the material and last much longer. Most importantly, it can produce full color quality with around 200 dpi (dots per. inch.)

Full color background or white background ?
Unprinted material for sublimation printing is white. Therefore lanyards with full color background are more expensive than white background.

Single-side or both-side?
The most deluxe lanyards uses both-side printing and the cost is a little bit higher than single-side printing.

Lanyards with screen printing is a good idea for those who require only 1 to 3 colors imprinted on the lanyards . Also, we have a variety of materials for customers to choose from, such as shoe lace, round cord, flat strap, flat strap with border etc. Customers may also provide us with Pantone number or sample, we can choose the right color straps from our warehouse.
